Tierora is in active development. Join the waiting list with your plan preference.
There's no payment or commitment. Starter, Scale and Business include all of the capabilities highlighted
in their cards and from the lower tiers. Choose the capacity and retention that fit your team.
FIND YOUR CAPACITY FIT
What does your team need room for?
Enter your expected usage and record-retention needs. We'll find the smallest plan that
covers all five allowances.
Standard plans include shared hosting managed by Tierora. Enterprise capacity and deployment
are agreed by contract.
COUNT THE WORK, NOT EVERY STEP
Know what uses your allowance.
01
Active services
Unarchived services that can receive ordinary changes count toward your allowance.
02
Ordinary changes
One declared workflow run counts as one change. Its steps, branches, retries, and polls stay part of that run.
03
Human seats
Active human members and non-expired invitations count. Service and integration identities are excluded.
04
Custom workflows
Published organization-owned definitions count. Drafts, retired definitions, and unchanged Tierora presets do not.
BEFORE YOU CHOOSE
Pricing questions, answered.
What your plan includes, how limits work, and when Enterprise makes sense.
Is Free a trial?+
No. Free is a permanent plan with 3 active services, 10 ordinary changes per month, 5 seats, 1 published custom workflow, and 90-day retention. Choose Free when joining the waiting list to hear when access opens.
How much do the paid plans cost?+
Starter, Scale, and Business have fixed monthly prices, shown above in USD per organization. Each includes the listed seats, workflow capacity, retention, and Tierora-managed shared hosting. Enterprise pricing is agreed by contract.
Do Starter, Scale, and Business have different features?+
All three include workflow editing, simulation, dependency mapping, approval routing, notifications, integrations, access controls, and audit evidence. Starter suits a focused process, Scale supports coordination across teams, and Business provides room for broader governance. Choose based on your capacity and retention needs. Enterprise adds an isolated runtime and contract requirements.
Can we use Tierora yet?+
Tierora is still in development and public access is not open. Join the waiting list, tell us which plan interests you, and confirm your email. We'll contact you when early access is available. There's no payment or commitment to a plan.
Do workflow steps and retries use extra changes?+
No. A change is one declared workflow run. Its steps, branches, retries, and polling attempts do not count as additional change runs.
What happens when we reach a plan limit?+
Capacity limits apply to new capacity-increasing actions. They do not delete existing data or interrupt work already running. Review additional capacity with our team before expanding your use.
Can we still record emergency changes?+
Yes. Emergency and detected untracked changes remain recordable when ordinary plan capacity is exhausted. Use the urgent path according to your organization's criteria.
How should we choose a retention period?+
Choose a period that covers your team's review cycle. Free and Starter include 90 days, Scale 180 days, and Business 365 days. Enterprise retention is agreed by contract. Confirm the records covered and export arrangements for your deployment.
When should we discuss Enterprise?+
Discuss Enterprise if you need capacity above the published tiers, contract retention, or an isolated runtime managed by Tierora. We agree identity, data, and deployment requirements with you.
